Clark County Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public-record offices, indexes, and historical collections in Clark County, Nevada. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government agency, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it or material reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person.
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act.
- Make FCRA-regulated eligibility decisions involving credit, employment, tenant, or insurance matters.
- Scrape, copy, or republish the service at scale.
- Disrupt the availability, security, or operation of the service.
3. FCRA Notice
Clark County Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing on this service or returned through a linked tool is a consumer report, and it may not be used for any FCRA-regulated purpose.
4. Outside Resources
Official portals, libraries, archives, and sponsored search tools have their own terms, policies, costs, and availability. We do not control their content, operations, pricing, or data practices.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered as available and without warranties. We do not guarantee that information is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that a linked source will continue to operate.
6. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages connected with use of this service or a linked resource.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the operators harmless from claims, demands, and reasonable attorneys’ fees that result from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The original text, logo, design, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking and brief attributed quotation are allowed; reproducing full pages or systematically copying the service is not.

11. Nevada Law
These terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. NRS Chapter 239 governs access to Nevada public records, subject to its confidentiality and custodian provisions.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
